This Privacy Policy explains how 罗定市暮雪服饰有限公司 (Luoding Muxue Clothing Co., Ltd.) processes information when using its internal advertising management application for direct advertiser operations.
Depending on the permissions granted by an authorized user and the connected advertising platform, we may process advertising account identifiers, campaign identifiers, ad group and ad identifiers, creative information, budget settings, audience configuration, delivery status, performance metrics, timestamps, and related operational metadata.
We use this information to manage our own advertising accounts, create and update campaigns, adjust budgets, configure audiences, manage creatives, review advertising performance, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, maintain account security, and improve operational efficiency.
Access to the application is limited to authorized company staff. Platform credentials and access tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed publicly.
We do not sell, rent, or share advertising data with unrelated third parties. Data may be processed by the connected platform provider and infrastructure providers only as necessary to operate the advertising management service.
Advertising operation records may be retained for account management, audit, security, troubleshooting, and service continuity purposes. Records may be deleted where required by company policy or applicable law.
We use HTTPS, access control, server-side credential storage, and operational safeguards to protect connected advertising data.
